At Malley Matters Foundation,Inc. our mission is to promote awareness and understanding of mental health, support those affected by suicide, and advocate for individuals and families impacted by rare genetic diseases, as well as mental health resources for children, teens and adults. We also support the development and well-being of youth organizations through sports initiatives and community outreach.
We strive to foster a community of charity, kindness, compassion, connection, and resilience, while providing education, resources, and support and inspire hope and improve the lives of vulnerable populations whether child, teen, or adult.

Our Story
The Malley Matters Foundation:
The Malley Matters Foundation was established in memory of Nicholas Malley, who died by suicide on December 30, 2018, shortly after his 28th birthday. Over the past five years, the Tournament has contributed more than $45,000 toward suicide prevention efforts, mental health education, and community outreach. Suicide remains the second leading cause of death among Connecticut residents ages 25–34, underscoring the critical need for awareness and support.
